Backed by my expertise as a therapist,* ESSENCE ACTIVATION (EA) gives individuals, pairs, and groups a first-hand immersion into their Divine Nature.  Together, we enter a waking dream state that’s similar to a gentle psychedelic trip, but without substances.

Essence Activation is fueled by two simple nutrients…

  • Noticing calls our attention to the present moment, where we engage in mindful exchange of what is happening here and now, within and between us.  The waking dream portal opens as we become aware of our emotions, thoughts, energies, and physical sensations.

  • Allowing is about welcoming whatever we notice, including what is uncomfortable or strange.  We get curious about our insecurities and we permit spontaneous expressions through the body (like humming, shaking, laughing, etc.).  The more we surrender to what is alive, the more we sink into the magic of EA.
